Stakeholders from the Talent Acquisition team contacted the Learning Department with a pressing concern. They had noticed a rise in catphishing and deepfake attempts by individuals applying for positions to gain access to sensitive company information. To address this issue, they requested a training program to help team members become more aware and vigilant against these sophisticated fraudulent tactics.

Stakeholders emphasized the urgency of the situation and requested a quick turnaround for the project, aiming for completion within 3-4 weeks. With a clear understanding of their vision, I crafted a storyboard that outlined the training content. This storyboard served as a blueprint, ensuring that the final product would meet the stakeholders' needs and effectively educate team members on identifying and responding to catphishing and deepfake threats.

The training program was successfully delivered within the 4-week timeline. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, 96% of learners reported a significant increase in their awareness and ability to recognize and handle potential security threats related to catphishing and deepfakes. This enhanced vigilance has contributed to a more secure recruitment process and safeguarded sensitive company information.
